Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of nursing staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes to ensure delivery of high-quality care Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing staff Develop and manage the nursing department budget Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety measures Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and practices Requirements:
Valid nursing license and current CPR certification Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare professionals Experience in budget management and resource allocation Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred) BenefitsAn amazing benefits package with lots of additional perks!
